To all at Essence Interiors,

May I take this opportunity to thank you all for the exceptional service that I have experienced whilst dealing with your company.

I had nearly every reputable company within Cardiff to give me a quote for my kitchen and every sales person that arrived at my property, made the experience very stressful and unpleasant experience, (and as we had substantial building work done first we expected this phase of works to be a straight forward one). On more than one occasion their plans were not to our specification and resembled very little to the kitchen that we had discussed with them, specially as we had a clear picture to what we wanted our kitchen to look like, whilst keeping to our budget. We also found the quality of the cabinets they were proposing were very poor compared to the exorbitant price they were charging.

We then stumbled upon Essence Interiors, our first home visit from essence was arranged to our convenience as both of us work, it was dealt with a very professional manner and it was a refreshing change to have a skilled professional, rather than sales person who is mainly interested in meeting their targets rather than producing a practical exquisite kitchen. After finalizing our design with mike the order was processed and the kitchen fitted within a time frame of two weeks, which to any ones standards is exceptional.

The kitchen was fitted with lightening speed and the craftsmanship is seconded to non, with mike overseeing the work, our confidence with this company seemed to grow to new high highs. The finished product was a luxuriant kitchen at unbelievable prices. I can not even begin to explain just how pleased and overjoyed with every aspect of their service. I would not hesitate to recommend essence interiors to friends, and have already passed their number to a few, and will certainly use essence on other home improvements in the future.

I welcome the opportunity to give reference for Mike and Leslie and the 'boys' at Essence Interiors.

From the moment we visited the shop we were impressed with the professional service we received.

As complete amateurs of house renovation we found the advice and guidance we received invaluable and money saving! (always a bonus)

We had previously visited MFI and had our 'dream kitchen' priced and a little computer image produced. This image was far from the picture that I had of my dream kitchen and was £3,500 more than my dream kitchen from essence, and that was without the £1,950 they wanted to charge for fitting.

The personal touches, for example measuring (I did say we were amateurs), and showing us the best way for things to be laid out made the whole process painless.

We now have our dream kitchen that is different to everyone else's you do not see it on every commercial break going down in price and all the visitors to our home have commented on how fabulous it is.

We were so pleased with the results we even had our fireplace 'made over' and again were very pleased with the service.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Essence Interiors to anybody and in fact have given the number and directions to family, friends and colleagues.
